Alicia Garcia was born in Jalisco, Mexico and was raised in the Los Angeles area since she was 4 years old.  As a young girl in Los Angeles, she grew up in a multi-ethnic and cultural environment; she rode her bike across city lines as she loved exploring and making new friendships amongst the diverse population.  She trained for a few years in Kung Fu, under Grand Master Art Wong Yuey and took part in Kung Fu demonstrations in Chinatown during the Chinese New Year Celebrations, as well as participating in Mexican festivities on Olvera Street.  Her upbringing has helped her to develop an understanding and devotion for diversity and what’s important to different cultures.  In today’s market she now uses that understanding to assist many of her clients from different cultures.

Alicia is fluent in English and Spanish and has over 19 years of experience working with businesses in economic development and other areas.  She has an established reputation for putting her client’s best interest first and she will work with them tenaciously to assist them in reaching their business goals.

Alicia’s customers have included: Costco, Lowes, Northrop Grumman, Tropicana/Naked Juice, Miller-Coors, MagParts, City of Hope, Amtrak, Able Card, Total Logistic Control, St. Mary’s Hospital and various other hospitals/clinics.  She also has experience with manufacturing and industrial warehouse companies, both large and small.  Over the years, most of the customers have been repeat customers, due to Alicia’s resourcefulness and great results in finding the right house for the new homeowner.

First licensed in 2006, Alicia has been helping her customers achieve their real estate goals and dreams for over two decades.  Her specialties include representing buyers as a Certified Buyer’s Rep. and Negotiation Expert, as well as offering a wealth of knowledge in corner and property identification for raw land. warehouse and industrial buildings.  Alicia thrives on meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.

Alicia currently lives in Apple Valley and has four grown sons.  She loves to dance, read, explore nature and meet new people.
