Alex Gonzalez is a Commercial Associate specializing in investment sales at MGR Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate company.  Alex joined MGR in late 2023 and specializes in representing investors and property owners throughout the Inland Empire, focusing on the retail and office markets. With over 15 years of experience in residential real estate, Alex honed his negotiation, contract, and sales skills dealing with buyers, sellers, and investors which has helped him during his transition into CRE.

Alex previously worked for a large accounting firm as a consultant where he performed financial modeling, variance analysis, internal audit, and assisted companies in documenting risk mitigation controls and processes and procedures. This and other experiences have given him the ability to be detail-oriented while at the same time to be able to understand the bigger picture to best assist his clients in identifying suitable investment opportunities.  

Alex graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  He is fluent in Spanish and an active member of his local Chamber of Commerce.  Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, watching his favorite sports teams like the Dodgers and the Trojans, traveling, working out, watching his kids play the sports they love, volunteering at community service events, and being involved in service activities with his church.
